Hi, At least you have not done what I did last year. As we had only had our allotment for a couple of months, the old gent on the next plot gave us some purple sprouting broccoli. I was realy excited as I love broccoli and could not wait to harvest. In July the first one sprouted but not enough for a meal, so I patently waited for the rest!! No more came, the first had gone to flower so I decided that we had failed at growing this crop and pulled them all up!!! A couple of months on lots of allotment

Hi, I think I'm still having trouble with the pics. But I think Boggy was right, i managed to speak to an experianced fellow allotment holder and he said that they look as though they are dying back and that the pots look fine. Thanks everyone, it's nice to speak to other gardeners. Tracy

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I have just finished work and on my way down to the allotment, I will take some pics and try to post later. I planted Kondor 22nd April to the letter, 15" apart with the rows 30" apart (give or take an inch), as I had only just got the allotment I did not have any fertalizer to dig in so instead when the leaves started to show I sprinkled 'grow more' around them and then every so often gave them a liquid feed of nettle fertalizer. I dug a couple of plants
