Pershore College are doing an external student course - just started, via email etc. You also get online/phone tutorials each week, covering the theory modules. They are holding an intensive weekend course (residential) for the Practical - this course of study sounds such a good idea as so few colleges are doing the Advanced - let alone the Diploma, which Pershore are also doing. Sometimes the hardest part is finding out about these courses as they don't seem very keen on advertising! Hope this

In the syllabus (propagation) mist units are specified. I always find it pays to look through the syllabus to check Ihave covered all topics required. There is so much to cover that not all aspects can be realistically taught in college hours. The exam papers from June 09 are on the website now.

Thanks for the info - unfortunately that is the day I take the real advanced practical at Hadlow! When is the real exam at Hadlow? It does seem odd that some places do the exam before others. Good luck to everyone taking the exam - can't believe how long the ID list is.....!
