  • whats wrong with my plum tree?

Forum post by coxy on 02 Jul 2009

I have a 3 year old plum tree and last year it produced quite a few fruit and this year it started to look promising with lots of fruit forming but i noticed at the weekend that the fruits have shrivelled and become black and that the leaves look like they have died (changed from green to yellow and gone a bit curly) but are still on the tree, at first i thought it was because we had had several days without rain but even with a good soaking it didnt help, Any advice please? Its difficult to decide now which is the best! Thinking about it, id like a dramatic plant, so i suppose the platts black would be best. Read more..

Hi, ive recently acquired a large wooden pot and want to plant something in it, is it worth buying some summer bedding plants for it now, or should i think of something else. I want something that wont cost the earth and doesnt grow too tall. Any advice/ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Coxy Read more..
