Hi, I was just cleaning out my shed and found some tulips I forgot to plant last autumn. Just wondering if it's worth the effort planting them now (i.e. late May)? They still feel firm, and they all have a v short dessicated shoot (about 5mm long). I'm thinking they will probably never seriously recover so thinking not worth it? Interested if anyone has any thoughts or has tried before. thanks Jeremy

Hello I've never grown nasturtium before. Will they scramble up a sunny drain pipe if planted in a decent pot at the bottom? I've got a climbing/trailing variety, "Gleam Hybrid". thanks Jeremy

Hi Last May I sowed some Freesia seeds. A good share germinated. I appreciate that they won't flower in their first year. Now 9 months later I have them in my frost free greenhouse still in the green. I was expecting them to die down soon, but they don't appear to be doing anything. Do they stay green for more than one season and flower in the following season? Appreciate if someone can please let me know what's going to happen with them in the near future. If they will flower this coming

Hi, is there anyway of stopping the paraffin heater producing soot? I had been using mine on minimum and noticed no soot, but the other night I cranked it up to about medium and the next morning there was soot everywhere. Could it be due to the lack of oxygen in the closed greenhouse causing a poor yellow smoky flame? Any thoughts appreciated. Jeremy
