I can confirm that the RHS is not currently developing or planning to develop a qualification at level 4. It is correct that we were evaluating the level of demand for a qualification at this level and what format it would need to take. I am replying on behalf of RHS Qualifications to clarify some incorrect information in the original post. The RHS Level 2 Certificate in Horticulture is still on the Register of Qualifications, but is listed in the category of 'Withdrawn' qualifications, as the accreditation ended on 31 July 2010. You will need to use the advanced search facility and select show 'withdrawn'. It was replaced by the new QCF qualification, the RHS Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Horticulture

In order for you to create an account on the RHS Webportal, you will need to contact the examinations officer where you registered for the exam and ask them to input your email address onto the webportal. Once they have done this it will generate an email invitation for you to create an account. The results will be released on the RHS webportal, once released these can be viewed by the examinations officer and candidates who have created an account. All qualifications in the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) are built up from units. Each of the new RHS level 3 theory qualifications consist of four units which must be passed in order to obtain the qualification.
