    I can confirm that the RHS is not currently developing or planning to develop a qualification at level 4. It is correct that we were evaluating the level of demand for a qualification at this level and what format it would need to take. We have not identified a clear requirement, but are always happy to receive feedback, best sent to qualifications@rhs.org.uk .     I am replying on behalf of RHS Qualifications to clarify some incorrect information in the original post. The RHS Level 2 Certificate in Horticulture is still on the Register of Qualifications, but is listed in the category of 'Withdrawn' qualifications, as the accreditation ended on 31 July 2010.     In order for you to create an account on the RHS Webportal, you will need to contact the examinations officer where you registered for the exam and ask them to input your email address onto the webportal. Once they have done this it will generate an email invitation for you to create an account.     We have been experiencing some system problems which have been preventing us from releasing the results for some of our QCF qualifications. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Our IT Department have been working to resolve issues throughout the day and some units have already been released.     All qualifications in the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) are built up from units.
