Here is a nice recipe for strawberry mint jam that I find goes really well on a summers day, the mint flavour is very refreshing; 1.5kg Strawberries 1.3kg sugar Juice from a large lemon A handful of fresh mint leaves Place some of the strawberries in a container, then some sugar and repeat.
