Morning all...Hope you are getting a better day today weatherwise Clematis. We had a lovely sunny and warm day yesterday here in Leicestershire but today it has clouded over and quite chilly at the moment. I spent the day in the garden yesterday, sowing some different flower seeds in trays and did quite a lot of tidying up. Dave (our son) and I went up the tip with a carload of old tat , so I can get in the shed now. Lucky I did that as I could get in there to make a new handle for our steam mop

Hi all, it has gone cloudy here now and looks like wemay be in for some rain soon. Hope everyone is well. A cold wind here today too Sue mived in with a little sun now and again...I did manage to go in the front garden this morning though and got rid of some weeds that were growing in the block paving , so that's another job off the list.

Hi all and a welcome to the forum from me greytulip. We had some sleet here this morning Sue and although it has now gone, it is still very cold here so I think it will be a day indoors. Good afternoon all. It has been a lovely day here too Roger, quite warm in the sun, so I have been out sorting out the garden tubs and planting them up with the trays of plants I bought in Aldi the other week. Glad you got your car sorted Sue as when the tracking is out it causes uneven wear of the tyres. Hope you have more seedling through now.The tom seeds that have germinated here were the same as yours 'Snow White and tree toms...

Hi all, it has cleared up here now Clematis after some sleety showers. Thank you for the info and comments about the plug plants I bought recently Roger.Lets hope that mine will be ok when they arrive Maybe your greenhouse glass won't hum so much when the wind dies down Valerian. I have not seen Dave's post yet, as I remember, we did have a Dave on here at one time. Good afternoon all. Just a quick message and hope this doesn't sound like an advert, I sent off for some rooted plants yesterday here as thought they were a good bargain for £9.99 instead of about £70. I had to pay about £3.50 postage but I thought they were very good value, what do others think? I will catch up with the posts in a little while just helping to get tea, fish pie !
