About Me

I love cats and forcing bulbs indoors, esp hyacinths in antique vases (www.gardenwithindoors.org.uk). I also like gardening outdoors (www.gardenwithoutdoors.org.uk). I have an obsession with purple flowers and that would be all I have in my garden if I could but inevitably each spring I decide to plant sunflowers, the hollyhocks self-seed and I love roses and there aren't any purple ones so other plants do creep into the garden. Determined to achieve better results with growing from seed in spite of poor quality seeds and composts commercially available.
