Trees/Bushes suitable with chickens?!

I would like to plant some trees/bushes in my chicken run to give the chickens a bit of interest and obviously don;t want anything poisonous or that they will eat! Does anyone have any suggestions or know if the following would be suitable: Rhododendrons, Camelias, Acers, Box? The plot is in shade. Many thanks!
