Hi Chelsea is looking wet today i am watching the interactive on digital tv, I don't really like the look of the cancer research garden but i haven't seen all of the gardens yet. charlie Dimmock is doing the tour but it looks to me like she has gained some weight since i saw her last, i know thats just gossip on my part but it's only a bit of fun. I have seen the prehistoric garden not sure who's it is but i am not keen on all the spikey stuuff. bye for now my friends.

Just had a quick look at the show gardens and notice that there's a lot of purple, dark maroon and white this year. I like it. Which is the prehistoric garden? I couldn't find it.

My biggest bug-bear of all of this is that it's soooo blinkin' perfect! I like going round gardens, but I always go to places that have a "wildlife" section, just because the more natural something is the more I prefer it. Watching some of the interactive stuff, but especially BBC1 last night, I found the lengths they go to to get a perfect garden (or a "natural look" as one exhibitor put it) is astounding. Some of it's very pretty, but all of it looks astoundingly unrealistic! Maybe I shouldn't judge others by my own standards ;-)

Hi Miranda and rainmaker, Miranda i will try to see who has the prehistoric garden when on interactive tv. it is the first garden mr. T introduces. Yes the gardens do look perfect but i think they have a lot of time and serious money behind them and i am sure if we had the same amount of money we could all create a near perfect garden, I can't decide which garden i like the most but i will let you all know soon.

Difficult to say, digger. I think I like the Highland Retreat in the courtyard garden section the best. That's the one that most makes me want to see it in real life. The Garden of Dreams is also interesting. Is that a pile of slate at the back? There is an intriguing gap at the bottom of it which looks as if it should go somewhere. I like gardens which entice you to explore; maybe because of the many hours I spent as a child, exploring the woodland on the Long Myndd. It was a magical place - with no grown-ups - full of deep moss, strange rocks and crystal clear streams. Other than those two, Chris Beardshaw's garden is very attractive, though I did think 'Ooh, slippery stone slabs' when I saw it. I like the colour mix and difference in heights of the plants. He hasn't put in a slope for wild creatures to get to and from the water, but the planting looks good. The Jurassic Coast garden is attractive but not as interesting to me as the others I mentioned. Hi all, Yes Miranda the Highland retreat stands out a mile from the others in the courtyard section, I don't feel that this years gardens are as good as last two years the thing i like about the Telegraph garden is the marvelous colours in the border i have not seen all the garden just the pics on this website, i am looking forward to all the tv coverage.

Hi Babycakes, I think the best tip for this year is to come prepared for all weathers. If you are like me you might need sunscreen if the sun shines for more than 10 minutes ;) If it rains and everyone heads into the Pavilion, you might want to take a look at the Show Gardens so bring waterproofs. Comfy shoes are a must too! There is so much to see it also helps to have a plan of the bits you really want to see. A visit to the website or a browse through the catalogue at the Show should help you to plan your trip a bit more. If you are thinking of having refreshments at the show, you might find that by having lunch a little early or a little late you beat the rush. Try and agree a meeting place with friends, so if you get separated you can easily meet up. There are official meeting points at the site. There are other tips on the website at :http://www.rhs.org.uk/chelsea/2006/showinfo/index.asp Hope this helps, Best wishes, Admin

I think the RHS webcams and the 4Head cams are the only ones this year. I will investigate and let you know. Admin
