    As a gardener on a large business park, the water shortage restrictions will be a problem. My local water company have been unclear on the useage on commerical contractors, can someone clafiry this?.

    If you are watering domestic properties you cannot use a hose pipe to apply mains water. If you are watering a commercial property you can use a hosepipe, although I expect you will wish to do the environmentally responsible thing and set up water butts around the business park and use a hosepipe or watering can to apply rain water.
