Has anyone ever eaten Raddish tops/greens and how do you prepare them?

I hate to throw them away as they look so lovely and lush.

You can eat them..but they are not that nice when they are mature. While still young and tender I add some into salads.

I should imagine if you want to try some larger ones, slightly wilted in steam would make them more palatable...or finely chopped/shredded and added into omelette where they would cook same time with the eggs.

Treat them like spinach if you don't fancy them raw.

Tend to grow that much other greens that my raddish tops usually end up feeding chickens.
