I potted up dozens of tiny foxglove seedlings and have been growing them on in the GH. The plants are now in large pots and are all a good 6 inches tall and nice and bushy. My question is, can I plant them out in the garden now or is it best to keep them in the GH till the spring.

Choice is optional.  So much is planted out in the autumn period.  Advantage being.  The ground is still warm and there is plenty of moisture.  Thus the root system will have the advantage of becoming better established prior to cold winter months.  GH stock sadly can still fall foul of the changing season and temperature.  The former planting method will produce stronger plants.

I agree with Mike, lillyrose, better to get them planted out now so they can settle in before the really cold weather gets here.
