I have been growing a Musa Lasiocarpa for approx 6 months , starting from a bulb. The plant is vigorous and healthy and now stands about 2 feet tall and is still in its original 6" pot. I have two questions if anyone can help me . 1) When should I pot this plant on ?   2) There are already three "babies" growing from the base of the main stem . When and how should they be seperated from the mother plant and planted into there own pots ?

At the bottom of the page shown in this link, there's a bit about the babies!

Thank you for your link ,have read through it and it has definitely answered my questions. Didn't want to risk losing the plant as it is very , handsome at this point and I have invested lots of love ! However it seems that this particular Musa is a tough old bird so I can stop worrying ! Thanks again for your help .
