I have about 60 lavender cuttings in pots and trays in my mini plastic greenhouse. They all seem to have rooted.
The mini greenhouse does not provide total protection from frosts.
I'm aware that severe frosts could kill off tender roots.
Should I be keeping the young cuttings in the mini greenhouse, or should I bring them inside until spring?

If you are unable to add extra insulation with fleece or bubble wrap then yes, bring them in to a cool, light room rather than risk losing them to frost.
English lavenders such as Hidcote and Munstead dwarf are hardy if planted in sun in well drained soil but I don't think young seedlings will cope with frosts, especially in small pots and trays where their rootball will be frozen.
