My OH and I are planning a weeks holiday in Cornwall at the end of March for our wedding anniversary.  I was wondering where would be a good central place to stay but also near the coast.  I would like to visit the Eden Project, Gardens of Heligan and RHS Rosemoor, any other suggestions are welcome.  Bude, Mevagissey, Looe and many other places look very pretty.

    Does anyone have any recommendations?

I hope the weather will be better than last years!

We went to Cornwall May 2008 and stayed in Mevagissey, lots of pubs and restaurants along the harbour and good for a little stroll after dinner to watch the fishing boats. We went to Eden and Heligan (both worth a visit) plus Lanhydrock and Trelissick (bit disappointing). Stopped at RHS Rosemoor on the way, beautiful, we wish it was nearer to us so we could visit more often ! Enjoy your visit.

    Carolyn,

    Thank you for your reply.

Since I posted the question we have booked a cottage on the coast near Mevagissey.  I have been recommended to go to Caerhays and Trebah, they both look good on their websites and have seasonal interest for March.  I also want to go to Eden and Heligan and as you did go to Rosemoor on the way to Cornwall.  I'll have a look at your other suggestions too.
