Whilst the navigation and content on the RHS site is excellent, could one make a suggestion to make it even easier to use? To go back to the home page is confusing - yes, you put a link at the bottom of every page to go home, but not every one scrolls down to the bottom of the page - it would be an easy matter to include home on the left menu bar or/and on the menu bar at the top. PLEASE. Thanks. WilliamElfyn

If you click on the Logo you should find it takes you home (so to speak). We are hoping that our new design will resolve some of the navigation issues.

Also, Admin, can I mention a security issue. This bulletin board won't let me reply or post unless I drop security settings in Internet Explorer. I think I'm putting the wrong name into the Trusted Zone, which has acceptable settings for RHS.What name would you recognize, RHS, The Royal Horticultural Society or perhaps Idealscience.com. Can you advise.

Hi Ken, I haven't had anyone else complain about this. What browser are you using to access the bb? We might be able to test it this side. I am guessing that www.rhs.org.uk would be the right setting, but all you should need to do is log in to the board directly. Admin

Hi Admin....that's what I entered in Trusted Zone in Internet Explorer..perhaps I need to put it in again and re-boot.Other buttons work ok but not 'reply 'or 'new topic'..a pop up says 'your security settings do not allow for completing HTML forms'. Tis me probably. Regards Ken ...have sent you several e mails about this which you probably havn't received either.

It sounds like its a setting on Internet Explorer. Are you accessing this from your home machine or through work? If its through work do you ever have similar issues with other sites or is it just ours? Best wishes, Admin

No Admin, am retired, and other trusted sites work ok in Trusted Zone, which has lower settings to permit normal unrestricted use, so can only think I've got the wrong name. Anyway this setting now has been alright for a long time, no virus's or the like, but thought to completely shut out the hackers and naughty boys.BTW tried to send an animated avatar to one of my family yesterday and Hotmail picked it up as containing a virus. Aint that good !!

Still the same, Admin...www.rhs.org.uk...can't be the name to put into Trusted Zone. The pop up still reads 'your security settings do not permit filling in HTML forms' or words to that effect. Will try from a different computer tomorrow.Cheers.

Hello admin - I still can't get into the members' part of Plant Selector, even though I login. Can you help?

Hi Obelix, Have you registered on-line through the pages on http://www.rhs.org.uk/membership ? You'll need to e-mail webhelp@rhs.org.uk for advice on the Members login. This is run by the Membership team and they have access to the databases (which we don't) so they can tell you why you can't login. Best wishes, Admin

Yes I have, but no reply to date. Will try again in case it's lost in the ether somewhere. Thanks.
