&lt;p&gt;Describe the preparation for EACH of the following types of cutting used in the propagation of woody shrubs, naming a plant example for EACH case:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; nodal tip&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; stem section&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; heel&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This was Module A advanced exam 2006 - half of a long answer question.&lt;/p&gt;
