&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve seen some comments on risottos and beef stews, I&amp;#39;ll post a recipe for ossobuco, the italian version of beef stew, goes well with risotto and its a great opportunity to put in your not so perfect tomatoes!&lt;/p&gt;
