plant identification ..again

    i saw this in another garden, though much bigger with maybe ten 1 metre tall stems covered in these yellow flowers. i have this single stem and another dense clump growing quietly amongst some vinca. its quite a nice looking plant though i just wondered if its a weed or not. thanks

    just remembered another post recently where someone has hundreds growing. lysimachia punctata!

    Common name, I believe.  Loose Strife.  Spreads via root system.

    It not a weed...but as it is very prolific grower and often become weed when growers are not aware its habits..given plenty of room to spread it is a 'looker'.
