     Last year this plant appeared in my garden - thought the birds dropped it but this year I have 3 full grown ones what is it ?coffeex

    Looks like Verbascum thapsus.

    They're quite impressive when they flower as they can grow to more than 2m and when they put on a spurt while the flower spike is going up, you can almost see them growing. They flower in the second year, so yours should do that this year.

     Thanks miranda  looked at the link and it also says it is used for remedy/ medical uses so  it sounds a useful plant  but how do youm use it for remdies any idea's?  coffeex
