Hi all Please help, I would like to know exactly the name of this plant, impatient to know what it will finally look like once it's in full bloom. Here is a link to a website I have just completed showing a few photos. http://wot-is-it.mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/ Thank you to all that can help me. Cheers Cazza

It looks like the Yucca I had in flower last year. Fully hardy but on mine the tips pf the leaves were extremely sharp and dangerously so. Try a Google Image search for Yucca or look at http://www.tamuk.edu/TAIC/yucca.jpg

There was a similar plant featured on the Chelsea coverage tonight - Beschoneria Yuccoides. I suggest a quick google will confirm or trash this theory.

Thank you Thanks Charles, yes I thought it was that but having seen what it looks like now I don't think so. Obelix - Think you might be right. I searched for Beschoneria Yuccoides, no photo at all, but I did find this site and from one of the photos it could be a Beschoneria Tonellii as that's what it looked like when I first got it. It's got to be one of them, am going to watch the lunchtime show today, hoping its a repeat of last nights show. If not I think I will email someone at the show. http://www.textureplants.co.nz/succulent_general_sp.html Cheers

It's not a repeat but let me know when you do identify it. Love a puzzle.
