    Can celeriac stems and leaves be used in soups and stews?they look to good to be composted.

    Yes, just like celery sticks, and any small plants too wee to cook can be left to go to seed and stems used for flavouring in spring and summer or left to form seeds collected for flavouring. Probably too woody for eating but fine for adding flavour. Boggy

    Beware the bat-eared bogweevil
