There is a group on Facebook, imaginatively called RHS level 3 study group, for anyone who wants to join and share the pain as we get closer to exam day! So far it hasn't seen much action, so don't expect too much when you first arrive... It's a closed group to protect privacy to a certain level, but if you search for it, request to join, I can let you in. Any problems, send me a private message via this forum. Look forward to seeing you there! La Jardinera Feliz, aka Alchemilla Mollis

happy Jardinera, is your group restricted to level 3 students sitting the exams this feb only, or is it open to students not that far in their studies as well (I just started with level 3 planning etcetc)?

    regards, r.w.

Hello ErWe! The people in the group at the moment are all studying for one or more of the Plant Growth, Health + Propagation exams. Some of in Feb, others not. You're very welcome to join and see if it's of interest to you. If not, we won't feel too offended if you leave again! And if you've already done any of these exams, your advice would be extremely welcome I'm sure. Either way, it's always good to meet people with shared interests. The Happy Gardener

I thought members of your study group might also be interested to know about a new revision group I've launched, also on facebook :) I've already posted about it on the forum, so won't go into a lot more detail again here, but you can find us here: http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/pages/RHS-Principles-of-Horticulture-Revision/203622863007668

We'd love to see you when it's time for revision!

I've posted the details on our Facebook page. It looks like a really useful group, and I'm sure I'll be pestering Liz and company with questions from time to time! Our RHS Level 3 Study Group will stay open - for distance learners especially (though not only), the opportunity to share doubts, debate questions, test each other, cry on virtual shoulders, laugh and chat together has been invaluable particularly near exam time. It is still a closed group for extra security, but all you need to do is search for the group on Facebook and ask to join to be added. I thoroughly recommend Liz's group for it's clear, knowledgeable answers to questions; and if any students want to join us after class in the café / in the playground / behind the bikesheds (?!)at the RHS level 3 study group you are most welcome! jardinera feliz :-)

This is just to let you all know that the RHS level 3 study group has now become the RHS Exams Study Group to encompass and encourage students at all levels. You can find us here: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk=group_149282025124760 . You still need to request to join (to keep the group more private, not more exclusive). Hope to see you there!
