Hope you managed to get a bit of gardening done today Susiq.  Our sunshine didn't last for too long this morning though, it started raining a few minutes after I got into work and we've had quite heavy showers on and off until just before I left off.

I expect you found some mischief to get up to indoors then Digger if it's too cold outside for youWink

    Hi all,

Sunny and cold here, and another frost forecast for tonightAngry

I got some potting on done in the GH yesterday Sue. My celery arrived from Medwyns this morning so I'm going to plant them in the poly, they look really healthy and I wouldn't want the frost to see them off! Will be spending most of the day in the GH I think - where is everyone? I've got a cheek haven't I, after being on the missing list myself these past few weeksWink

Morning all, it's sunny here at the moment, let's hope it keeps it up all day today.

We will be off into town a little later than usual and will meet up with a friend with her three boys and off to the cinema - it must be at least 20 years since I last went!

Have a good day everyone and will catch up again later.

Thanks Richard, we had a lovely time at the cinema and yes, it's certainly changed since I last went.  It was £7.40 adult price and the last time I went it was about £3.

It's just started bucketing down here so it looks like I got back at the right timeSmile

    Hi all,

Ha ha I keep finding tatties too Richard when I'm digging in different parts of the veggie beds!

What did you see at the flicks Sue? We went to see 'The Artist' the other night, but have to say the only thing I enjoyed in the film was the dog, I found the rest quite boring! We paid a fiver each, but I guess that's living in the sticks for youWink

Hee hee went to Wilko's this morning for the buckets for my leeks - I got 15 and the manageress asked why I wanted so many, I explained about the leek growing. As I was leaving the check out, she shouted over "good luck with your leeks", and the lad on the till's face was a picture, he said what sort of leaks have you got - I said not 'leaks' I'm growing some leeks - he said, good god, I was thinking you probably need a new roof, if you've got that many leaks.......................................
