Hello, I wonder if anyone can suggest a plant. I have a free draining, dryish border and am looking for a compact plant, pref evergreen that grows in small mounds, around a foot high. I have in mind something like a box (but I dont want a box). The bed is currently planted up with grasses and lavender and I wanted something small and round to contrast.

    Many thanks

    Marie

How about thymes such as Bertram Anderson? Or festuca glauca if you want little tussocks. Boggy
