I'm based near Wimbedon, a short distance from RHS Wisley. I'm increasingly interested in wildlife gardening, and wondered if anyone on the forum who might be in this area might be interested in meeting up occasionally, perhaps at Wisley, to discuss all things wildlife gardening - share suggestions for making our gardens more species-friendly, look at exsisting planted areas which could give us ideas, etc. Perhaps even just share our thoughts over a coffee, or maybe get involved in local habitat creation projects such as educational school gardens - the sky's the limit...
Please do get in touch if you would like to explore possibilities.
Best wishes

Hi I too am interested in gardening for wildlife. I only order plants now that are insect friendly and drought tolerant. I have found a good gardening mag that tells us this info. I live in Waltham Abbey Essex so not in London but it would be good to communicate on here. I now have another quest. Our daughter loves rabbits and I would love to be able to tell her about some plants that are insect and rabbit friendly as well as drought tolerant. If you can help it would be good. Thanks jan
