Chilli Pepper seeds

  gardenbarmy Location: Bolton ( Lancs ) Joined on: 07 Mar 2010 Posts: 3	Reply | Contact I've been told that if you pre-soak the seeds that it will speed up the germinating process prior to sowing, is this true or, is it not. I can understand it if the seed has a hard shell surface but, it has'nt, its paper thin..what do you think....
