Distance Learning in Ireland

    I am interested in doing the RHS Certificate Level 2. The options for distance learning in Ireland are limited to The Garden School in Co. Roscommon. Has anyone else used this school? Are they reliable etc??

    Hi Philippa

     I have joined this board as I work  for HCC and I see many people asking questions that I am able to answer!  We are able to offer distance learning for the RHS Level 2 to students from all over the world.  Our course is currently on special offer at £218.00 plus a £30 postal charge outside the UK.  Details can be found on our website www.hccollege.co.uk - I hope this helps, I have studies this course using our books and am eagerly awaiting me results any day!

    Hi Philippa

    I've just done the RHS level 2 Cert with the Garden School but I attended a class in Galway once a week. I really enjoyed it and found Ciaran to be very knowledgable but the best part was that I met up with a great bunch of people also in the class. There were 2 people that had started the distance course and switched after realising they didn't have the motivation to do it on their own. If you can make the class in Galway I would definitely recommend it!
