Best to use balanced fertilisers, I prefer a higher nitrogen feed for peppers than tomato fertiliser unless they are very green and lush, but if you want to experiment:
Magnesium sulphate (Epsom Salts): http://www.gardendirect.co.uk/magnesium-sulphate-p-894
