Wow! Well edenhendry, you are now a highly qualified gardener and are surely to be much in demand. although I rather think you'll be joining the fishwife brigade with that rather overrated 'qualification'.

    Beetling ahead....maybe.........?

As usual Beetle, you can't seem to reply to the right message (see Wisley Flower Show thread). You seem to have a gripe with any one who doesn't think your way.

The RHS level 2 is only the beginning and not the end of study. The exams are not a pushover and the course is a wonderful introduction to horticulture and provides a good basis for further study.

Anyone who has done well should be justly proud of themselves and should not be put off from making an announcement here. They will get the heartiest congratulations from those of us who wish them well and want to encourage anyone else who is considering studying horticulture themselves.

To belittle someone's hard work and try to take away the pleasure of their achievement is the lowest of a low shot. Beetle, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Well done edenhendry and I hope you enjoyed the champers last nightSmile

I am totally with Miranda's comment here and agree that it was very UNTASTEFUL for Beetle/Aging Misery to have given the comment he did.  Perhaps he should choose a different name for his nursery.

Quite right young lady. I have overdosed on " has beens."   Must have "banjo fingers"  1000 apologies.

As you know I am pushing my luck to be here in the first place. Sorry again and Bon Soir

Thanks everyone. I was hoping some other Level 2 people would have been around to share their results too.

David, not to worry about me - I've been running my own garden maintenance business for a quite a few years, and I'm about to start a new evening job as a college lecturer in Level 2! I had to take the exam as a formality before I could get the job. Hence why I am so happy..... I had a lot riding on the result!

I hope everyone else got the marks they wanted in the exams.

Hello All, this is my first post although I must confess to anonymously monitoring this topic to see if anybody else had got their results - after much pestering of the college where I took the exam and no help whatsoever from the RHS, I managed to get my results over the telephone on Friday afternoon. Congratulations edenhenry, I passed with a commendation too and I was delighted with that.

I'm off to browse the forums, making sure I steer clear of Aging Misery along the way. What a patronising old windbag.

Well Done Daisy! I trust you had a suitably delightful toast to your achievement!
