    This is one of a series of onions the quality isn't there yet but it's okay for haevy onion classes, this one is just 25 inches around the circumference

    This is a better quality onion it will form part of a group of onions, it's about 19 inches round the circumference.

    This is a real bonny blanch leek, standing exactly 18 inches plate to button and 9 inches round.

    That looks good, digger! And to think you said that your leeks hadn't come on that well. Or is that just the outside leeks?

    Yes I agree the leek looks very good indeed Digger. By all accounts I should know, (as I am Welsh), but when I have grown leeks in the past they don't look half as good as yours!
