White spots in courgette leaves

They are growing well and producing fruits (are they fruits?) but have lines of white spots running along the leaf veins. What is causing this and do I need to do anything about it?

Joined on: 06 Jan 2007 Posts: 3,347	Reply | Contact  It's quite usual for the plants to have leaves patterned with pale markings, so as the plants are otherwise healthy, I suspect that this is a normal feature rather than a problem. If you'd like to post a picture it'll be easy to confirm this. Whether you think you can do a thing, or think you cannot, you are right.

  miranda Location: Oxfordshire Joined on: 17 Nov 2004 Posts: 2,976	Reply | Contact I'm growing courgettes with white along the veins - they're supposed to be like that. I think the variety is Romanesco, though I may have got that mixed up with the other one I'm growing.
