I haven't seen the footage of all the gardens yet but my favourite one so far is the 'Nature Ascending' in the Urban garden section, I just love the log wall for the insects and mammals to live in. It will be interesting to see if James May gets an award for his 'Paradise in Plasticine', I found it amusing and a lot of work has definitely gone into making everything. I was half expecting to see Jeremy Clarkson pop his head round the corner

Digger!
As a true vegetable professional I think you would find the 2009 Chelsea to be to your utmost satisfaction. I have never seen more veg on display since the King died and the advice from those showing was outstanding, which I found most useful. The Jersey NFU and the UK NFU displays were remarkable,
My only criticism of the event was the the prawn bap things did taste of plasticene ( or what ever it is called)
Was Nicki Chapman that very pretty young lady dressed in green. Yes, she was most attractive. However the TV people seem to be torturting her making her stand for ages waiting for the Sun to come out

Yes I have heard (but not yet seen) that the NFU displays were top notch, as medwyn has moved on from Chelsea I think it opens up the field a little for some healthy competition. perhaps the catering or at least the prawns were provided by James May? I have also heard that someone had smuggled in an awful Gnome type thing and secreted it among the foliage of a display. How vulgar!

The Jersey NFU was shown on tonight's coverage digger and it did look good and well worth the medal.
