    Hello

    I am working on a documentary about Japanese Knotweed and would like to hear from people who are currently battling with it or feel strongly about the invasive weed.  Perhaps you inherited it with a new house or are trying to stop it encroaching from a neighbouringplot of land?

    If you have direct experience of knotweed, I would be very grateful if you could get in touch.  This is for research only and there is no expectation that you would be involved in the documentary - I am simply trying to get some case studies together. 

    The more examples I have the better, so I hope to hear from you.

    Hi Kathrine,

    You have picked a monster to study. My wife and I battled for over 5 years with 2 established sites within a SSSI on the south coast.

    Please contact me if you want us to relate our battle and our attempts at killing this menace. Which I am sorry to say is not a final solution .but may help to prevent the spread.
