I have just been given by a neighbour the last of her sweet peas and I have Narcissus Paper White out in my garden even though it is November.  It must be a first to have both blooms at the same time in a vase.  The narcissus in the vase is one that has blown over.

With the changes in weather patterns the poor plants don't know what season they are in, many people have been experiencing the same sort of thing for the last couple of years.  I still have things in flower that should have finished by now and some spring bulbs are now sending up their shoots.

Daffs and sweetpeas are an unusual combination - bet it smells nice though!

Whether you think you can do a thing, or think you cannot, you are right.

We've no daffodils in flower here not even any signs of growth, Ormskirk is down at sea level though and there's some good growing ground there, it's where they grow lots of potatoes.
