Boggy, that's a great idea.
Everytime I see someone go into their shed down the allotment site, I'll be expecting them to come out and add something to the compost heap.

As far as the callow youths go, you could build a composting toilet in your garden and invite them to use that instead of the indoor flush one. Tell them the indoor loo is broken and watch them run.

I keep a lidded nappy bucket in my shed and use it when required during a visit to my allotment. I then wait until no one is taking much notice and empty it on to the compost heap. I have a water butt near the compost heap so am able to the rinse my bucket to keep it smelling sweet and no one is any the wiser

Well, you can always you a bucket in the privacy of your own home and then take it out to the compost heap!!
