Hi Bought a box of bulbs last year, I can't remember what they were called. I remember the box saying they come from South Africa and I think they are Irises. Can anyone help, have tried to look on the net but no luck. They have been very successful and very fragrant and would like to get some more.

Hi there, that's Gladiolus murielae you've got, also known as Acidanthera murielae. Pretty, isn't it! It isn't that hardy and may not survive the winter outside, especially if you have clay soil, so you should probably lift the corms and replant them next spring.
