I'm planning on buying a greenhouse, probably in the autumn, and was after your advice... I'd much prefer a wooden one for appearance sake, if possible.
Size-wise: sadly I can only fit something around 6' x 6', or POSSIBLY 6' x 8' as absolute maximum. But, I'm quite tall (6' 1" ish) and I really want one where the eave height and roof/door height are as tall as possible - I want to get one which is pleasant to potter about in.
I want to grow something like a winter-flowering white jasmine up one side of the greenhouse, (which will be right beside a very big garden shed), also use it to grow tomatoes, chilli plants, etc in the summer, for sowing seeds and growing on cuttings, and potentially for overwintering a potted fig or apricot tree (which I've not yet bought, obviously). I could add to the list indefinitely, though!
Budget-wise: if I can get something which is exactly what I want and that I'll have for years, then would be prepared to spend a fair amount on it - would rather save and get the perfect thing than regret it after 6 months, but sadly "money no object" is beyond my means!
Any recommendations? Or just advice as to what to look for?
