I have done a good bit reseach into this and learning curve are the cheapest and I liked their web pages, they seemed so much more informative and organised compaired to hcc.

I haven't applied to do it yet but I intend to soon. I like the fact that you get 3 years to complete the course, even I should manage to fit that in!!

Hello.  I started the RHS level 2 in August.  I've just found this part of the RHS though I've been a member for over a year! Geeked  I'm happy to read others are finding the course not on the easy side too.  I've had quite a few other commitments to squeeze it in around just lately and have only just managed to hand in assignment 2.

    Amo

PS I'm doing mine through Learning Curve.

    Hi there,

I've just started my course.  Feeling well out of my depth and just emailed the tutor for some advice.

     Have you started yet?

    Hello

It is tough when you start the course, but keep going. Have you heard from your tutor yet?.  I must admit I've had a break from my course - life was closing in but have just started again.

    HI there,

Yes my tutor got back to me first thing this morning with some very helpful and reassuring advice.  Mainly not to get too bogged down to start and not to worry about the questions too much.  I was expecting myself to get high marks and thinking I wouldn't be taking enough info in if I didn't.

Well better get on with it.

    Happy studying   Smile

    T

Yes I got the same impression too.  As the course moves on and there is a bit of recapping, things should start to knit together.

     That's the theory anyway!! Confused

I was wondering what you all do once you've handed in the assignment.

    a) Carry on reading through the next module.

    b) Have a couple of days off before looking at the next part.

    c) Wait for the return of the assignment scoring before moving on.

I've tried both a and b but have both times drifted into c!  I don't seem to be able to settle to it until I know how I've done in the previous one.  So far a two week wait is agonising!!!!

I usually carry on with the next module, as if I take a break for a couple of days it always seems to be a couple of weeks before I get back into it again!

It's probably only better to await the results if you're worried you've gone really far astray in your understanding....and I wouldn't do the next assignement before getting the results, but that would be pretty well impossible at the rate of progress I make anyway...Wink

    How are you finding it?
