One of the exciting spectacles at this year's show is the first ever Thai Floating Market to appear in the UK.
It's a colourful sight with floating market boats, Thai girls dressed in traditional dress and a whole host of Thai cooking ingredients and souvenirs.
The food's pretty good too, as I was lucky enough to indulge in a typical Thai lunch yesterday. Well, I need something to keep up the strength!
