Brrrraving the cold

Winter is definitely upon us. With plummeting temperatures, dustings of snow and the most magical haw frosts, it's nearly time for us to down tools and call it a day for this year's sampling on Plants for Bugs.

We were very grateful for our three stalwart volunteers - Carolyn, Judi and John - who came in despite the cold to finish off the tasks for the season. This included lifting the last pitfall traps, replacing broken climber supports and taking the final overhead photographs of the beds for 2012.

So, with us drawing indoors we'd suggest that everyone stay cosy - one might even say "snug as a bug..." Big Smile
